Prospect Development Assistant (Part-Time / Flexible Hours/ Interns welcome to apply)

Compensation: $20 per hour + performance incentives
Schedule: Flexible, part-time (10–20 hours per week)
About the Role
Walker Wealth Management is seeking a Prospect Development Assistant to support our business development and client outreach efforts. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in business, finance, marketing, or professional services who wants real-world experience in a client-facing environment.
You will help identify and engage prospective clients, conduct professional outreach, and schedule introductory meetings for our advisory team. Primarily through telemarketing outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Research and build targeted prospect lists
Conduct professional phone and email outreach
Schedule introductory appointments with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
Track outreach activity and results

Strong communication skills (especially on the phone)
High reliability and punctuality
Comfort speaking with professionals and business owners
Attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to follow scripts and processes
Professional demeanor
Important Note
This position does involve outbound phone outreach. Applicants must be comfortable speaking with people they have not previously met. Reliability is essential — missed commitments or appointments are not acceptable.
