Family Law Litigation Attorney

Walker Legal Recruiting is assisting established law firms with hiring Family Law Litigation Attorneys for immediate consideration.

This role focuses on representing clients in contested family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings. Attorneys will manage cases from intake through resolution, including court appearances and client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

Handle family law litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents

Appear in court for hearings and trials

Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

Work collaboratively with firm staff and leadership

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active bar license in the state of practice (or bar-eligible)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Litigation or family law experience preferred, but not required for entry-level roles
