North Knox Siding and Windows, a trusted Knoxville leader in high-quality siding, windows, doors, gutters, and home exteriors for over 25 years, is excited to create a new part-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator position!
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and organized individual to help us tell the story of our beautiful transformations and connect with homeowners across East Tennessee.
This is a brand-new role with flexible part-time hours to start (15–25 hours/week, schedule can flex around job site visits), with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as we expand our online presence and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms (posting, scheduling, engaging with comments/messages, running basic promotions) • Visit active job sites to capture professional photos and short videos of ongoing and completed projects (before-and-after shots are our bread and butter!) • Edit photos/videos for social posts (basic editing skills; we can provide tools) • Help create engaging content that highlights our craftsmanship, happy customers, and the difference quality siding/windows make • Assist with simple marketing tasks like updating our website photos, creating flyers, or tracking what content gets the most engagement • Represent our company professionally at job sites and in online interactions What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for social media and visual storytelling (experience managing personal or business accounts is a big plus) • Comfortable taking photos/videos on-site (smartphone photography is fine to start; must have reliable transportation) • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented — you enjoy seeing projects from start to finish • Basic skills in tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar for quick edits • Friendly and professional demeanor (you’ll interact with customers, crews, and homeowners) • Interest in home improvement/construction is a bonus — you’ll get to see amazing transformations up close!
