Position: Project Coordinator and Office Administrator
Location: Burlington, MA (full-time at 30 hours per week, onsite)
Experience: 
Associate’s degree + 6–8 years relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years relevant experience (Experience in environmental, engineering, architecture, or construction firms strongly preferred).

Position Summary:
You’ll be the glue that keeps our projects, office, and operations running smoothly. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
·        Support project managers with contracts, budgets, invoicing, deliverables, and close-outs
·        Coordinate across technical teams, HR, accounting, IT, and facilities
·        Handle office administration (supplies, travel, certifications, PPE, reception, etc.)
·        Provide QA/QC on expense reports, timesheets, invoices, and proposals
·        Assist with business development research, proposal packages, and conference logistics

Must-have Skills & Traits:
·        Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
·        Strong multitasking ability and comfort with tight deadlines
·        Excellent written and verbal communication
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and project management software
·        Proactive problem-solver and self-starter
