Centerboard is looking for a compassionate and skilled Part Time Clinician to join our residential programs, providing trauma-informed care to youth and young adults. In this role, you'll do more than provide therapy — you'll be a key part of a supportive team helping young people heal, grow, and thrive.

You'll lead individualized treatment planning and deliver individual, group, and family therapy, while also guiding staff in creating safe, connected, and empowering environments. Collaborating closely with residents and care teams, you'll ensure high-quality, consistent clinical support every step of the way.

🕒 This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position with a schedule determined in coordination with the hiring manager.

💼 Clinicians with active LCSW licensure are offered a competitive annual salary of $40,000.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Guide staff in trauma-informed care and crisis response
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams
• Supervise interns and provide clinical oversight
• Maintain documentation and licensure compliance
• Coordinate referrals and support post-discharge planning
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule providing clinical phone support approximately every three weeks
• Attend trainings and contribute to program development

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in a related field and active LCSW licensure
• Commitment to continuous growth with training and clinical support
• Valid driver’s license; personal vehicle use may be needed — mileage and tolls are reimbursed
