Overview
A hands-on, remote 30-day unpaid internship (20 hours/week) where you’ll work directly with founders and CEOs. Successful interns move into a 60-day extension (total 90 days). After 90 days you’ll receive a certificate of completion and may be considered for a paid part-time or full-time role. Though unpaid, this experience delivers intensive founder-led mentorship and practical training—“the value of having earned an MBA” in real-world marketing, sales, and automation.

Responsibilities
- Support SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimizations
- Create and edit content: blog posts, social copy, ad creatives, video briefs, strategic planning.
- Assist with building, monitoring, and reporting on paid ad campaigns
- Manage CRM tasks: lead tracking, pipeline updates, and workflow implementation
- Configure and test basic AI automations to improve team efficiency
- Attend daily calls with the Director of Operations, client meetings, and strategy sessions
- Contribute to real client projects and receive direct feedback from founders and senior leadership
Who we’re looking for
- Current undergraduates or recent graduates (marketing, communications, business, or related)
- Curious, proactive, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts (SEO, content, ads) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn CRMs and automation tools
- Able to commit 20 hours/week; fully remote with light travel for client meetings as needed
