Montessori International School is looking for a daycare closer for a Primary classroom (ages 3-6). 

Job Duties:

-This person will be providing care for the children who stay after regular school hours, for aftercare 

-Establish routines, effectively implement behavior management strategies, and ensure the children’s safety at all times

-Planning activities for the children (crafts, games), singing songs, reading books

-Monitoring children on the playground

-Assisting young children in the bathroom

-Light cleaning duties: sweeping, dishes, dusting shelves, mopping, bathroom clean up as needed, etc.

Other requirements:
-Must be at least 18 years old
-Graduated from high school or equivalent

-Fingerprint Clearance card
-CPR/Infant First Aid Certified

-Experience working with children
-Reliable

-A flexible, helpful and engaging attitude

-Ability to sit on the floor and work with children

This is a part-time position. Hours: M-F 2:30pm-5:45pm

Pay is $16-18/hour, depending on experience. 

The hours of this position are:

Monday - Friday from 2:30pm-5:45pm
