Note: Phase 1 can be completed at your own pace, so this opportunity can be flexible -part-time- (between classes and/or on your off-days) or -full-time-!

We are aware that many applying are current students, so we will work with you directly to make a schedule that fits your already established schedule!

We’re looking for a hungry, proven/unproven roofing closer who’s ready to stop knocking doors every single day and start running your own high-volume sales branch – fully funded by us.

Here’s how it works (already proven in multiple Georgia markets):

1.) Personally close THREE roofs (retail or insurance – whatever you’re best at).

Do not worry if you have no sales and/or roofing experience, we will provide comprehensive training proven to provide you with the ability to do this job!

2.) The day the third job is fully collected, we open your very own branch, pay for your admin, and fund your first 3–5 D2D + 3–5 B2B reps. You will act as the owner/operator of your very own branch of Conquer Roofing!

3.) You now run the entire sales organization like it’s your own business – hiring, training, targeting storms, and scaling volume.

This is the fastest, lowest-risk way in the industry to go from closer to branch owner.

Compensation – 100% Transparent (read in-full before applying)

Phase 1 – Prove-It Period

(Ends the moment your first three roofs are fully collected – usually 1–90 days)

• 100% commission-only BUT...
• You keep 100% of the profit margin on the first qualifying roof (typical payout for that single roof: $5,000 – $15,000+ depending on job size, margin, and admin cost).
  • The second and third roofs will be paid at our standard commission schedule: 50% of profit margin (typical payout per roof at the standard rate: $1000 - $5000+ depending on job.)

Phase 2 – Initial 12-Month Contract

(Starts the day your third job is fully collected)

• Guaranteed $75,000 per year salary – paid out of branch production
• PLUS bonuses and incentives based on total branch profit margin of your branch (you + your teams)
• Current Directors in this phase average $90k–$180k total in their first 12 months

Phase 3 – Long-Term Contract

(Automatic after a successful 12-month contract)

• Base salary increases to $100,000/year – paid out of branch production
• PLUS bonuses and incentives based on total branch profit margin of your branch (you + your teams)
• Top performers clear $300k–$600k+ annually; our first Director is already on pace for $1M+

The branch’s production is your responsibility. If volume ever slows (bad hires, dry spell, slow month), you jump back in the field and lead from the front until the numbers are back up. This is ownership-level money with ownership-level accountability

• Close your first three roofs
• Hire, train, manage, and hold 6–10 reps accountable
• Target storms and run your territory like an owner
• Run full P&L (we handle supplements, adjusters, permitting, collections – you focus on volume)
