About the role
We are a dynamic marketing agency specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands, with a passion for creating buzz around innovative products. Our flagship client is a leading energy bar brand packed with collagen and probiotics, designed for health-conscious, on-the-go consumers. We’re looking for a part-time Social Media & Brand Ambassador Coordinator to help create content and manage relationships with our growing network of ambassadors.
Position details
Job Title: Part-Time Social Media & Brand Ambassador Coordinator
Location: Lexington, KY (remote-friendly but must be based in the U.S.; Lexington/regional candidates preferred for occasional in-person content capture and events)
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: 20–25 dollars per hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
Content creation
Develop engaging, on-brand social media content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Capture and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) from customers and ambassadors into polished, on-brand assets.
Brand ambassador management
Recruit, onboard, and manage brand ambassadors/creators, ensuring they understand brand guidelines, key messages, and campaign goals.
Coordinate product sends, content briefs, deadlines, and approvals; track deliverables and ensure ambassadors post on schedule.
Maintain regular communication with ambassadors to nurture strong relationships and keep them excited about the brand.
Community and campaign support
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build a loyal online community and foster brand love.
Assist in planning and executing social media and ambassador campaigns, including product launches, giveaways, collaborations, and in-person sampling or events when needed.
Analytics and reporting
Monitor post and ambassador content performance (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.) and provide simple, actionable insights.
Recommend content and ambassador optimizations based on what is working across channels.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing lead to align social and ambassador efforts with broader campaign and revenue goals.
Provide feedback from the community and ambassadors to inform new content ideas and future campaigns.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in social media, influencer/ambassador management, or digital marketing (internships and freelance work count).
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and X, with a knack for creating thumb-stopping short-form content.
Familiarity with CPG products, health/food trends, or energy/functional snack brands is a strong plus.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics; experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a bonus.
Excellent written communication skills and a playful, authentic voice that connects with Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple content and ambassador threads without dropping details.
Comfortable tracking tasks and deliverables in simple project management tools or spreadsheets.
Access to a smartphone or camera for creating high-quality content (no professional equipment required).
