We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team. Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC/R duct systems.
• Assist in the repair of appliances as needed, demonstrating strong service technician experience.
• Collaborate with team members to lead cleaning projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and construction processes is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
• Ability to perform equipment repairs and general maintenance tasks independently.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to cleaning technologies and methods.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Lifting equipment on and off service van.
