We’re hiring for multiple full-time positions:

• Hosts / Hostesses
• Dishwashers / Utility
• Line Cooks & Prep Cooks

Pay: $16–$30/hour
(Varies by position; tipped roles earn additional tips)

REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE BRING:

• Two valid, unexpired government-issued IDs
  (No tears, creases, or lamination)
• Ability to pass an FBI fingerprint background check
• Reliable transportation to/from DFW Airport
• Availability for AM & PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ years old
• TABC certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
• 2+ years high-volume, casual dining experience
  • Examples: Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebee’s, TGI Friday’s
• Must live within 15–20 miles of DFW Airport
• Ability to stand for full shifts; frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
• Must be rehire-eligible with HMS Host and Star Concessions

JOB DUTIES

Hosts / Hostesses

• Greet and seat guests
• Manage guest flow and waitlist
• Support To-Go operations
• Deliver excellent guest service

Dishwashers / Utility

• Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
• Assist with basic food prep
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked

Line Cooks / Prep Cooks

• Prepare and plate menu items per recipes
• Complete daily prep list
• Maintain high standards for food safety and cleanliness

Bartenders (Not hiring at this time)

Servers (Not hiring at this time)
