If you have experience in daycare, preschool, or elementary-aged child development (Pre-K–5th Grade) and love helping young children learn, grow, and have fun—this is a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

As a Sports Instructor, you will lead fun, engaging, high-energy sports sessions designed to build motor skills, confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sports.

You’ll use our structured curriculum to introduce young children to the fundamentals of sports such as:

  • Soccer
  • T-Ball
  • Flag Football
  • Basketball
  • Tennis
  • Lacrosse
  • Golf
    …and more!

Every session is built around FUN + FUNDAMENTALS with lots of energy, laughter, high-fives, and learning.

Session Details

  • Sessions last 30–45 minutes, depending on age group
  • You will be assigned to the same schools each week based on your schedule

  • You’ll receive all equipment, curriculum, and training needed
  • You’ll lead assistant coaches and customize activities based on the play space available

Typical Responsibilities

  • Travel to scheduled partner schools
  • Set up equipment and prepare the day’s activities
  • Communicate with preschool/elementary staff
  • Lead upbeat warm-ups and “pep rallies”
  • Run skills-based drills and fun, age-appropriate games
  • Clean up equipment and pack up after each session

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual, organized, and dependable
  • Ability to manage and direct assistant coaches
  • Must pass mandatory background checks
    • Candidates with a Level 2 background check within the last 3 years will receive priority consideration

Preferred (but not required):

  • Opportunities for promotion through our coaching tier system
  • Competitive pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
  • Make a real impact on young children’s development
