We’re PFG MedComm, a strategic market access agency in healthcare. Our team is fully remote and spread across the country, and this will be our first-ever in-person team retreat in Orlando. We’re looking for a Retreat Assistant to help us for three days only: January 14, 15, and 16, 2026.
This retreat is the live “activation” of a major rebrand for our company, so the vibe is: focused, fun, and memorable for our team.
Important: You must be local to the Orlando area and have a car plus a valid driver’s license. We’ll reimburse mileage for any errands.
What you’ll do:
- Help with on-site setup and breakdown at our Airbnb on Days 1 and 2 (materials, snacks, drinks, light décor)
- Support the team at a coworking space on Day 3 (light setup, helping people get settled, keeping us on track)
- Coordinate with catering / food deliveries and let people in
- Greet team members and be the friendly point person who keeps things moving
- Run local errands as needed (Target, grocery store, etc. – mileage reimbursed)
- Help keep the space tidy and organized between sessions
- Assist with timing, transitions, and anything that comes up during workshops
Details:
- Dates: January 14, 15, and 16, 2026
- Location:
- Days 1 & 2: Airbnb in a resort community in the Orlando area
- Day 3: Coworking space in Orlando
- Hours: To be finalized, but expect partial afternoon/evening on the 14th and fuller days on the 15th and 16th
- Pay: $20/hour, estimated ~18–22 hours total over the three days
- Transportation: Personal car required; mileage reimbursed for retreat-related errands
Great fit if you:
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping in where needed
- Enjoy events, hospitality, or operations
- Are friendly, professional, and reliable
- Are a college student or recent grad looking for a short, paid project with real-world experience
- Bonus: You’re curious about healthcare or the pharma industry – you’ll be welcome to listen in on some of the sessions 😊
If you’re interested, please share a short note about yourself, confirm you’re local to Orlando, that you have a car and are available Jan 14–16, include any relevant experience (events, hospitality, student orgs, etc.), and share one or two references (professors, supervisors, or prior employers).
