We are seeking a Performance Coach Intern who is eager to learn, gain hands-on training experience, and support our coaching staff. This internship is ideal for Physiology, Biology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Pre-PT majors looking to earn volunteer hours, build coaching skills, and develop professionally in a real training environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
Assist in group training sessions
Learn proper cueing, progressions, and coaching flow
Help cover classes when coaches call out (once trained)
Jump into warmups, demos, athlete support, and real coaching moments
Support coaches during busy times and special events
Help with daily gym flow (setup, breakdown, organization)
