**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a self-motivated Logistics Manager & Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on driving traffic to our Etsy store and increasing sales through strategic outreach and relationship-building. The successful candidate will work on a commission basis, sharing in the profits from each sale generated.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain for our products.

- Identify and engage potential customers who align with the MASFOTOES brand.

- Create and maintain relationships with influencers, fashion bloggers, and other partners to enhance brand visibility.

- Monitor and report on website traffic and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of products.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in logistics, sales, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Etsy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.

- Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.

**Compensation:**

This position operates on a commission basis, with a percentage of sales generated through your efforts.
