**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends)

About the Role  

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fabric Cutter to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for accurately cutting various fabrics according to production orders, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret cutting work orders, and pattern layouts  

- Cut fabric using manual and cutting tools

- Inspect fabric for defects before and after cutting  

- Bundle and organize cut pieces for the next stage of production  

- Assist with general warehouse tasks: receiving, stocking, pulling orders, and keeping the work area clean  

- Follow all safety protocols when operating sharp tools and equipment  

Requirements

- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English  

- Comfortable and safe using sharp cutting tools (training provided as needed)  

- Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 40 lbs  

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy  

- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude  

- Previous experience in fabric cutting, sewing production, or warehouse work is a plus but not required – we will train the right candidate
