Grower Direct Supply is a leading horticulture container company serving growers and garden centers across North America. As we expand into ceramic, glass, wicker, and other decorative planters, we are growing our marketing team to elevate our brand presence, product storytelling, and customer engagement.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Content Specialist to lead our catalog design, seasonal trend magazines, sales flyers, product design support, and social media content. This role blends hands-on graphic design with brand-driven marketing content creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

  • Design and lay out product catalogs, trend magazines, and seasonal sales flyers.
  • Create visually compelling product sheets, spec sheets, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Support product development through concept sketches, mood boards, and packaging design.
  • Develop design templates and maintain consistent brand identity across all materials.
  • Edit, enhance, and retouch product photography as needed.

Brand & Digital Content

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create short-form video content, lifestyle visuals, and marketing assets for digital campaigns.
  • Work with the sales team to design marketing materials tailored to customers and industry needs.
  • Stay updated on industry design trends, color palettes, planter styles, and home décor inspiration.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with the product team, sales team, and management to prioritize projects.
  • Coordinate with printers, photographers, and vendors to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Manage timelines and meet project deadlines for seasonal catalogs and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design; experience in consumer product or home décor industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and print production.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Photography or videography experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
