We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agent Trainees. No prior real estate experience required — just drive, professionalism, and coachability. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and support to become a licensed REALTOR® and a producing agent.

This is a commission-based role with tremendous upside potential.

✔ Training period includes:

Weekly mentorship sessions

Script practice

Shadowing opportunities

✔ After licensing, agents earn:

Competitive RE/MAX commission splits

No franchise fees charged to trainees until licensed

Performance incentives & bonus programs

Top new agents can earn $50,000 – $120,000+ in their first year with consistency, training, and lead generation.

Must be 18 or older

Must be able to pass TREC requirements to become licensed

Reliable transportation

Smartphone and laptop

Willing to put in 10–20 learning hours/week during the trainee period
