Arrows places special emphasis on developing this skill in employees and provides multiple opportunities for working on interdisciplinary teams that include the BCBA, therapists, teachers, psychiatrists and many other professionals. This includes writing detailed medical notes that document client progress and observations of behavior changes as well as communicating imperative information to all team members that impact client progress. This is a highly valued skill across many professional settings.

5. Ethical and professional standards: With a high priority placed on adherence to the ethical standards set-forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, you will learn how to implement effective treatment and conduct yourself as a professional across multiple settings which is a skill set sought after by employers who place a high value on ethical conduct and professionalism.
