Parttime sewing instructor 
Sew Fun 4 kids LLC is looking for a reliable, energetic and friendly sewing instructor with expertise in the field of hand sewing who has experience working with children.
Sew Fun 4 kids has provided fun machine and hand sewing classes in Westchester since 2018 and is based in Larchmont, N.Y. Our sewing studio provides after school and Saturday sewing classes for children as young as 7 to learn to sew and make their own clothing. Our teaching staff is responsible for ensuring a safe and creative environment that is engaging for all students.

We are looking for an additional hand sewing instructor for an afterschool program on Thursdays starting in January with opportunity to grow to teaching additional classes, birthday parties & girl scout events. Preferably has worked with K-2 grade children & has excellent time management skills and can keep children on task and finishing their projects on time.

Skills required-
Basic knowledge of hand sewing
Experience working with children, preferably in a classroom.
Personable, friendly, reliable and looking for someone who is collaborative and works well as a team who is excited to teach and share their knowledge of sewing! 
Excellent time management and communication skills. Once you become an instructor we always offer additional hours for special events, birthday parties, and subbing!
