At Cannolis by Mike, we offer a unique interactive cannoli experience, hand filling authentic cannolis on the spot from our sleek wearable cannoli box setup! It's all about delivering an unforgettable experience at each and every event. We’re looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join the team to be our lead Cannoli Pipers. 50% of this position is the entertainment and delivery during events. You HAVE to be able to work a crowd during weddings and corporate events with high energy, we are selling an experience just as much as we are delicious cannolis.

Events are generally booking out weeks to months in advance allowing an easy schedule to work around. Event times range from 1.5-3hr. Locations of events are booked across the valley but usually near the Scottsdale/East Valley area. This position has the opportunity to become a full time position.

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible for taking cannoli supplies to and from events.
• Showing up 30min early to arrive on site and get setup on time.
• Communicating with event planners as needed.
• Crafting cannolis with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Keeping your cannoli box clean during events.

Qualifications

• Travel to and from events - you must have a car. 
• Entertainment - 50% of this position is having customer facing workability.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Reliability and cleanliness of own uniform for each event. 

Compensation

• Travel reimbursement for events over a 30min drive.
• $150+ per event.
• Opportunity for full time compensation.
