We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Marketing Director to lead our brand’s marketing initiatives and digital presence. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage social media channels, and drive brand growth through innovative campaigns and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
Oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
Create and manage content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling strategies for engagement and reach.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Brand & Content Development
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze campaign performance, social engagement, and audience insights.
Provide regular reporting with actionable recommendations to improve results.
Use data to guide decision-making and optimize marketing tactics.
Qualifications
Currently a college student
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and managing brand growth.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content creation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, CRM platforms).
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid social campaigns and ad optimization.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and storytelling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
