Role Description
This position is primarily digital organization and operational support.
You’ll help maintain and structure what already exists, not create new content.

Compensation Structure
Phase 1 (Internship): “Unpaid orientation focused on learning our ecosystem (does NOT include basic VA skills training). You must already have the skills to perform the work.”
Learn the ecosystem, tools, and workflows
Contribute to organizational and operational tasks
Build real portfolio experience and multi-division exposure
Phase 2 (Activation): Once designated product revenue streams activate, paid monthly compensation begins automatically.
Phase 3 (Growth): Income increases:
Performance-based increases
Bonuses for consistency, accuracy, and value
Expanded responsibilities
Phase 4 (Long-Term): Potential eligibility for
equity or
profit-share for the right-aligned contributor
leadership operational roles
This is not a “forever unpaid” role; it is an intern-to-paid pathway with structured milestones.
You are not expected to sell, create content, or generate revenue yourself.
You simply help keep the ecosystem organized so revenue can activate naturally.

personal assistant work
strategy or creative decision-making
This Role Does Involve:
digital organization
product structure & listings
website updates
bundle creation (using existing materials)
file & division management
simple graphic tasks
system maintenance
content syncing & categorizing
maintaining brand boundaries and consistency
Key Responsibilities
Update simple website sections (Carrd – similar to Canva drag-and-drop)
Maintain digital product listings on AllThingsSelfC------------
Organize internal Google Drive files across multiple divisions
Create product bundles using existing journals, worksheets, and books
Use Adobe Express to create clean, simple thumbnails or graphics
Assist with Speaking Freedom TV organization and video alignment
Keep brand identity consistent across all uploads
Help create some digital products from clear instructions
Follow clear instructions, templates, and workflows
