Cleaning Technician (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Summary:

CCU Cleaning is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. This position requires integrity, punctuality, and a strong commitment to service excellence, adhering to all CCU Cleaning standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and other client areas.

• Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs within scheduled hours.

• Handle all client property and confidential information with care and respect.

• Maintain and transport company equipment and supplies safely between job sites.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.

Qualifications:

• Proven reliability and strong work ethic.

• Ability to perform physical duties (lifting, bending, standing) for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation is required.
