Come work in Juneau Alaska! Juneau is the capital of Alaska, and is the  largest port for cruise ship passengers traveling the Inside Passage, hosting over 1.65 million cruise ship passengers each season.  I own a large gift shop of quality apparel and souvenir gift items, which is open 7 days a week, from April 29 through the end of September. We are typically open from 9-6:30 each day. 

I’m looking for 2 employees to work retail sales, which includes ringing up customers using our square POS system, assisting customers find gifts, and restocking merchandise in a fast-paced environment.  Schedules and start dates are flexible, with June, July and August being our busiest  months. 

I’ll provide a bedroom with a shared bathroom in our duplex, free transportation to and from work, and a starting salary of $18/hr.  You’ll get at least 1 day a week off to discover all that Juneau has to offer: hiking, whale watching, fishing, the Mendenhall Glacier, bear and eagle viewing, and a taste of Alaska!
