Job description

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Promptly answer questions about products, services, orders, and billing via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues: Troubleshoot problems, handle complaints, and process returns or refunds professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records: Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in a CRM system.
  • Provide product and service information: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with other teams: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback: Track customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management on trends and areas for improvement.
