Sales Intern (Path to Full-Time AE Within 12 Months)

Location: Remote
Internship Duration: 12 months
Compensation: Commission-only (5% of everything you sell for first 6 months; tiered commission structure (including accelerators) for second 6 months.  Avg deal size $10K)

About the Role

This is an immersion-style sales internship for ambitious, coachable, compassionate and client first individuals who are starting from scratch and want to accelerate into a full AE role within a year. Selling US visas requires a unique skillset and approach that takes time to learn and master.  In this internship you’ll be coached by the pioneers of this technique, and you’ll learn exactly how we sell immigration services to extraordinary individuals: running expert discovery, diagnosing visa paths, building trust, handling unique objections, and closing deals. You’ll be expected to ramp quickly and take full ownership of your results.

We are not a traditional sales org. We don’t PIP, and we don’t spend months trying to coach someone into fit. If you perform, you’ll rise quickly. If it’s not working, we’ll part ways fast. This environment is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, urgency, and accountability.

 

 

What You’ll Do
  • Learn everything there is to know about US employment based immigration
  • Run high-quality discovery calls using frameworks developed over 6 years of trial and error
  • Qualify leads using BANT + visa eligibility
  • Understand clients’ business goals and confidently match them to the best immigration solution
  • Handle blockers, objections, and legal complexity with guidance from training materials and on staff attorneys
  • Set and follow through on next steps for every call
  • Work in our CRM daily to manage leads, pipeline, agreements, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with sales attorneys and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Maintain high closing volume while providing empathetic, expert-level support to prospects

     

 

 

Training & Performance Expectations

This internship is designed as a 12-month ramp-to-AE program.

Months 1–6
  • Paid via flat commission percentage on everything you sell
  • Performance expectation: maintain average 80% attainment 
Months 7–12
  • Transition to a tiered commission structure mirroring AE comp (with accelerators!)
  • Performance Expectation: maintain average 90% attainment
Full-Time AE Conversion
  • If you maintain at least 90% to goal through the back half internship, you will be offered a full-time AE role (including base salary + AE commission structure) at the end of the 12 months.

  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to take thorough notes while in conversation
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback.  We don’t expect you to have experience, but we expect you to be excited to learn and develop as a seller.
