We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping people and making technology feel simple! As a Mobile App Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for users who need a hand with our app- guiding them through issues, sharing tips, and making sure every experience ends on a positive note.

If you're passionate about tech, great with people, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do

  • Chat with users via email, phone, or live chat to troubleshoot app issues and answer questions.
  • Help customers install, navigate, and get the most out of our mobile app.
  • Spot patterns in feedback and flag bugs or improvement ideas to our product team.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to make the user experience even better.
  • Keep track of customers interactions and solutions in our support system.
  • Be friendly, empathetic voice that makes every user feel heard and supported.
  • Travel will be necessary

What You Bring

  • Experience in mobile app tech support, help desk, or customer success is awesome (but not required if you're a fast learner!.)
  • Comfortable working with both iOS and Android devices.
  • Excellent communicator- you know how to explain techy stuff in a way anyone can understand.
  • Bilingual That's a big plus- we love serving a diverse community.
  • Calm under pressure, curious by nature, and always ready to find solutions.
