As a Pizza/Sandwich/Line cook, your role will be to prepare high-quality and consistent pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and other menu items according to customers’ orders. The Line Cook’s responsibilities include cutting, grating, or slicing various ingredients to be used as toppings, and creating custom plates accordingly. The position will require a clean work area always to be maintained. To be successful as a Line Cook’s, position requires that kitchen safety protocol is properly followed.
