Skyline Champion is seeking a customer-oriented Live Chat Agent to provide exceptional support to our customers. Potential candidates will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers in real-time via live chat, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Skills/ Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
