Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, motivated intern to join our team and help produce content that engages a high-end audience. This role is perfect for students or recent grads interested in real estate, digital media, and social storytelling. You’ll gain hands-on experience filming, editing, and crafting content for social media platforms, while learning about NYC’s luxury real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Assist with filming property tours, lifestyle videos, and neighborhood content.

Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Collaborate on ideas for storytelling, captions, and creative social media concepts.

Help maintain an organized content library for easy repurposing.

Occasionally assist with market research and neighborhood insights for content.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in real estate, luxury lifestyle, or social media content creation.

Comfortable filming on-site and occasionally being on camera.

Experience with basic video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, Premiere, or similar).

Creative mindset, self-starter, and eager to contribute ideas.

Professional, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
