Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and territory prospecting.

Conduct field-based client meetings to assess needs and present product or service solutions.

Manage a remote sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and drive deals to close.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Research the territory to stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas.

Plan and organize daily travel routes to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.

Document all interactions, leads, and progress in CRM or sales tracking tools.

Coordinate with internal teams—including support, operations, and marketing—to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Represent the company professionally at outdoor events, community gatherings, trade shows, and product demonstrations.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Provide product knowledge, training, and support to customers as needed.

Address and resolve customer questions or concerns promptly.

Submit regular activity reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.

Promote brand visibility and distribute promotional materials within assigned territory.
