The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial/commercial and some residential electrical work. This role involves working on various projects, including renovations and new construction, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and maintaining safety standards on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
• Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and safety standards throughout all work performed.
• Participate in renovation projects, providing electrical expertise to enhance building functionality.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum 4+ years of electrical experience required
• Active Vermont Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
• Must maintain a company vehicle in good condition
• U.S. citizenship or a valid U.S. work permit required
• Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record review required
