TRU BOWL SUPERFOOD BAR is opening the first location in Plano, TX.

We prepare fresh açaí bowls, smoothies, protein blends, and refreshers. We are hiring dependable Team Members to support daily operations and provide a positive experience for guests.

Team Members are responsible for preparing menu items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering friendly, efficient customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and communicates well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service – greet guests warmly and take orders accurately using the POS system
  • Food & beverage prep – prepare & serve bowls, smoothies, and beverages to TRÜ BOWL standards
  • Cash handling – process payments, handle cash, and give correct change
  • Opening/closing procedures – follow checklists and station steps for consistency and quality
  • Ingredient prep – wash/cut fruit, restock toppings, refill fridge items, and prep daily ingredients
  • Cleanliness & sanitation – maintain clean dining areas, counters, and kitchen stations
  • Food safety – follow proper sanitation and food-handling protocols at all times
  • Kitchen support – assist with food prep and support other team members when needed
  • Communication – keep management informed of any issues or needs
  • Time management – work efficiently during busy rushes to maintain fast, friendly service
  • Restocking & freshness – replenish supplies and monitor product freshness to support inventory needs
