Job description: Showroom Coordinator needed for Family Owned Upholstery Company Hours: Mon-Fri 10-5 Alternating Saturdays 10-1
Candidates who possess the following will be prioritized:
-Experience in interior design, furniture/home staging or similar experience -An eye for design and styling upholstery, color coordination, and home aesthetics.
Responsibilities: -Coordinate with customers on upholstery projects- helping them find and choose fabrics for their individual styles and furniture needs -Good Communication/Customer Service skills- you will be the front face of the company, handling customer needs and coordinating with the General Manager on projects, timelines, pickups, and deliveries. -Handling payments and invoices -Answering phones -Maintain spreadsheets, tracking orders in QuickBooks, completion times, payment, scheduling appointments, etc.... -Opening/ Closing office duties -Maintain and upkeep supplies and materials needed for office
Skills Required: - Excellent Customer service - Creativity in working with customers to understand their upholstery needs - Clear communication and organizational skills
