We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or policies.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Process orders, returns, refunds, or account updates as required.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow communication scripts and company procedures where necessary.

Contribute to customer satisfaction goals and team performance metrics.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not required).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving abilities and patience under pressure.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (a plus).

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
