WANTED: ESL Instructor for Children

Position Summary

Koby Learning Group is a private language and tutoring school looking for part-time ESL Instructors to teach children between the hours of approximately 4pm-7pm starting soon. Working days and hours are flexible and tailored to the instructor's availability.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration (or currently working toward a degree).
• ESL teaching experience and/or certification/degree in TESOL/TEFL is preferred.
• Must be comfortable tutoring children of all ages.
• Native or fluent English language ability is required. Bilingual Japanese is a plus.
• The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, friendly, patient, and eager to work in a highly dynamic setting.
• Candidate must be able to teach at all levels of ESL according to the individual needs of the students.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide a one-to-one or group teaching experience in the areas of the target language (all levels).
• Show evidence of adapting and differentiating instruction for all students.
• Develop and maintain genuine, positive and consistent communication with students.
