About Us

Pearla AI is a fast-growing dental technology company that has developed a 24/7 multilingual AI voice agent used by dental practices to eliminate missed calls and automate front-desk workflows. Pearla integrates with 40+ PMS/EHR systems and is quickly becoming the leading AI receptionist in the dental industry.

We are launching the Pearla AI Partner Program, a national affiliate program that allows dental consultants, marketing agencies, and industry professionals to earn recurring commissions. We are looking for motivated academic interns to help us build, launch, and scale this program.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with founders, gain hands-on startup experience, and build a real-world marketing program from the ground up.

Position Overview

As an Affiliate Marketing Intern, you will support the creation, setup, and growth of the Pearla AI Partner Program. You will be involved in research, recruitment, outreach, content creation, CRM setup, process building, and partner onboarding.

This internship is ideal for students studying marketing, communications, business administration, entrepreneurship, or related fields.

Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program Setup

Assist in creating processes, workflows, and SOPs for affiliate onboarding

Help build content for the partner portal (FAQs, instructions, resources)

Work with leadership to refine commission structures & program details

Upload partner assets (videos, graphics, PDFs)

Partner Recruitment

Research potential affiliate groups (consultants, agencies, DSOs, influencers)

Compile targeted lists of potential partners

Assist with outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social platforms

Track conversations and manage follow-ups

Marketing & Content

Create simple marketing materials for affiliates to use

Draft email templates, social posts, and pitches

Work with designer/AI tools to create promotional graphics

Help with the “Done-For-You Affiliate Kit”

Automation & Reporting

Help set up tracking sheets and reporting dashboards

Assist with CRM tagging, campaign organization, and pipeline tracking

Monitor affiliate activity and report performance metrics

Program Growth

Identify new affiliate categories and potential partnership channels

Suggest improvements to make the program more attractive

Help test messaging and outreach strategies

Qualifications

We are looking for students who are:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Strong communicators (written & verbal)

Organized and detail-oriented

Proactive and self-driven

Comfortable with messaging/email outreach

Interested in marketing, sales, or business development

Curious about AI, startups, and emerging technologies

Bonus skills (not required):

Experience with Canva or design tools

Familiarity with LinkedIn

Experience with CRMs

Interest in the dental or healthcare industry
