Coastal Clean & Construction is hiring an outgoing, professional, high-energy Office Coordinator to help run day-to-day operations in our construction and cleaning divisions.
This is a client-facing role — perfect for someone personable, polished, confident, and great with communication. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, contractors, and Airbnb hosts.
No experience required — will train the right person.

💼 Duties Include:
• Answering calls, texts, emails
• Scheduling estimates for construction, painting, flooring, fences, etc.
• Coordinating Airbnb & vacation rental cleanings
• Light bookkeeping / data entry
• Accepting deliveries when needed
• Keeping the office organized
• Basic marketing messages/posts
• Occasional ride-along with the owner for estimates
• Some days may allow hybrid/remote work depending on workload
