Role Description

Adler Capital is seeking motivated Loan Originators (Independent Contractors) to assist real estate investors in securing funding for their projects. This is a commission-based role offering strong support, warm inbound leads, and full access to our experienced processing team.

This position suits individuals who enjoy sales, value autonomy, and want to grow in real estate lending.

Responsibilities

• Engage with investor leads to assess loan needs
• Present financing options and manage the loan process through closing
• Work with processors and underwriters to ensure timely closings
• Track and follow up on your pipeline

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation
• Background in sales, lending, or real estate preferred

Compensation
Commission-based (1099). Actual earnings depend on performance; consistent originators typically close several loans per month.
