About the Role

Gables & Grove is seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Consultant & Project Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, field-based role for a true road warrior — someone who thrives on being out in the field meeting clients, supervising projects, and creating opportunities.

You’ll spend most of your time on the road, visiting job sites, meeting prospective clients, and overseeing active projects. In addition to driving sales and managing production, you’ll also capture project photos and videos for media postings and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and organized — capable of balancing sales performance with hands-on project supervision and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and close residential and commercial painting and renovation projects.
  • Supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality, and profitability targets are met.
  • Regularly visit job sites to oversee crews and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Capture photos and videos of projects for marketing and media use.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Support brand visibility through customer reviews, testimonials, and video submissions.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $52,000/year
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95,000–$104,000+/year based on performance

Includes:

  • Base salary + commissions (6–9% GP self-generated, 4–6% company-generated)
  • Production incentive: 2% of monthly gross profit on completed projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, project management, or field supervision (construction, coatings, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish
  • High energy and self-motivation — enjoys being in the field daily
  • Excellent organization and accountability skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
