Valor Tax Relief is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented part-time attorney to join our Huntington Beach office. This role is ideal for someone just out of law school who wants hands-on experience in tax resolution and IRS representation.

We will train the right candidate — no prior tax experience required.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior attorneys with tax resolution cases

Draft and review legal documents, client agreements, and IRS correspondence

Conduct research on tax law and debt relief

Manage client communications and case files

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed (or awaiting admission) to the California Bar

Excellent writing and communication skills

Eager to learn and grow in the tax relief industry

Schedule: Part-time (approx. 20–25 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Pay: $35–$40/hour (DOE)
Location: Huntington Beach, CA (in-office preferred)
