Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth or In-Person) — Reisterstown, MD

Driftwood Psychotherapy is growing, and we’re looking for a Maryland-licensed mental health therapist (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, or equivalent) to join our team!

Our office in Reisterstown, Maryland provides both in-person and telehealth therapy, with a special focus on serving first responders — the people who spend their lives helping others.

We’re passionate about supporting those who serve, and we’re looking for a therapist who shares that calling. If you have a background or experience working with law enforcement, fire/EMS, or military communities, that’s a huge plus — but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with empathy, professionalism, and heart.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and adults (and/or teens)
• Support first responders and their families through life transitions, trauma, and stress
• Work autonomously with the backing of a supportive, collaborative team
• Choose the balance of telehealth and in-person sessions that fits your lifestyle

What We’re Looking For

• Active Maryland license (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LMSW, or equivalent)
• Experience or strong interest in working with first responders or trauma populations
• Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
