What You’ll Do:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital identity — crafting a voice that resonates with artists, fans, and creators.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Create engaging, music-centered content (reels, posts, stories, short-form videos, and campaigns)
• Use the latest AI tools in music and marketing to enhance content creation, sound design, and audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for growth and engagement
• Build relationships with fans, artists, and influencers through authentic community interaction
• Stay ahead of music, social, and AI trends to keep the brand on the cultural edge
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a music, entertainment, or creative brand
• Deep understanding of Instagram, short-form video, and viral content creation
• Proven experience using AI tools for content creation, music generation, or marketing (e.g., Suno, Udio, ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and sound
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly creative, and tuned in to the rhythm of internet culture
