What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them heal and thrive.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, trauma-informed team where your voice and ideas matter.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision and EMDR training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensure Status: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Must hold (or be actively pursuing) Massachusetts licensure — LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Clinical Readiness: Passionate about trauma-informed, evidence-based care. Interest in EMDR is highly encouraged (training available).
  • Commitment to Growth: Open to feedback, supervision, and continued learning.
  • Empathy & Integrity: Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and cultural humility.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well in a supportive group setting, contributing to our mission of accessible healing.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and telehealth platforms such as SimplePractice.
