We’re a locally owned modern, fully remodeled laundromat in Loveland dedicated to creating a clean, efficient, and friendly environment where guests actually enjoy doing laundry. We’re looking for a dependable, energetic team member to lead our established Wash & Fold service and help maintain an exceptional guest experience every day.

As a Laundromat Attendant / Wash & Fold Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for Wash & Fold operations, assist customers with questions or machine issues, and ensure our facility stays spotless and welcoming. You’ll take pride in making sure every guest leaves impressed by the cleanliness, speed, and service.

Process Wash & Fold orders (weighing, washing, drying, folding, packaging).

Provide friendly, helpful service and assist guests with machines or app payments.

Keep machines, floors, folding tables, and restrooms clean and organized.

Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.

Stock detergents, bags, and supplies as needed.

Create a consistently positive and comfortable guest environment.

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.

Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, modern space.

Previous laundromat or customer-service experience is a plus (not required).

Free washing and drying for personal laundry.
