Dental Wellness Center is a biologic, airway-focused practice in Long Beach delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our team integrates advanced technology and minimally invasive protocols, including SMART mercury-safe techniques, ozone therapy, Solea laser, digital imaging/CBCT, Trios scanning, and TMJ/airway evaluation.

Role Overview
You will support doctors chairside, manage clinical flow, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role requires precision, initiative, and composure in a fast, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and laser procedures.
Room setup, breakdown, and strict adherence to sterilization and OSHA/Cal-OSHA protocols.
Capture and mount digital radiographs; assist with CBCT, intraoral photos, and Trios scans.
Assist with SMART amalgam removal workflow and laser safety compliance.
Accurate charting, material management, lab case tracking, and post-op instructions.
Support TMJ/MAGO, occlusion, and airway workflows, including records and follow-ups.
Daily operatory readiness, inventory checks, and collaboration with front office for smooth scheduling.

Qualifications
California Dental Assistant or RDA; active California X-ray certification preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
RDA preferred; coronal polishing and sealant certifications are a plus.
Comfort with digital dentistry: sensors, CBCT, scanners, and cloud charting.
Experience with biologic/holistic protocols, SMART, ozone, Solea, or TMJ/airway care is strongly preferred or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
Professionalism, punctuality, excellent communication, and a patient-first mindset.

Schedule
Full-time, on-site in Long Beach. Typical schedule Monday through Friday with occasional flexibility for specialty cases or team trainings.
