Responsibilities:

4. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns, including targeted messaging, content creation, and follow-up activities.
5. Manage and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
6. Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team, facilitating seamless handover of qualified leads.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for company, attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build awareness and generate interest in our solutions.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and collateral based on feedback and market insights.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
7. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus.
