Communicate with DSPs (Delivery Service Providers) to coordinate routes, including adding, removing, or adjusting ZIP codes.
Work cross-functionally with various departments (Quality Control, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to resolve issues such as product quality concerns, financial matters, and complaint rate management.
Support daily logistics operations to ensure smooth transportation and on-time delivery.
Identify operational challenges and provide solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to route adjustments and operational performance.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in returns processing or customer service is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work hours: Rotating shifts based on business needs (1-shift rotation 5am-2pm )
