Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Catering Event Staff to join our team. As an integral part of our event services, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the setup, service, and cleanup of catered events. Whether you're greeting guests, ensuring food is served promptly, or providing excellent customer service, your attention to detail and commitment to creating a positive experience will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up event spaces according to catering guidelines, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Assist with food and beverage service during events, ensuring a smooth flow and timely delivery.
• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event, ensuring areas are tidy and well-stocked.
• Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning up dishes, equipment, and leftover food.
• Follow all food safety and health protocols.
• Work with the event manager to ensure everything runs according to schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or event services is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible hours (weekends and evenings may be required).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
